Bio: Jordan is a D.C. area coach who specializes in boxing, cycling, and interval training classes. She is NASM certified and has completed the Level 1 Biomechanics course with DBC Fitness. Jordan grew up playing volleyball, but found her way to group fitness post college. Her goal for every class she teaches is to create an inclusive community where participants feel free to be themselves, be silly and accomplish their goals, all while learning proper form and technique. In her space time, you’ll find her playing beach volleyball (pre-quarantine) or running around D.C.
